Money Team Club™ Mobile Application & Services

Parlay P Sports Newsletter (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Money Team Club™ mobile application (the “App”), our website at moneyteamclub.com (the “Site”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum necessary personal data to operate our platform effectively.
a. Personal Information
- •Phone number (required for account creation and authentication via Firebase)
- •Display name (user-provided, visible in the community forum)
- •Profile photo (optional, user-uploaded)
- •Email address (required for membership verification and communications)
- •Membership tier and role
b. User-Generated Content
- •Forum posts and comments visible to all members
- •Course progress and engagement data (e.g., lessons completed, time spent)
c. Device and Usage Data
- •IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
- •Log files, clickstream data, and usage analytics
- •Last login timestamp
- •Notification preferences and push notification tokens
d. Authentication
Phone number for verification via Firebase Authentication (SMS only). Firebase sends a one-time verification code to your phone number to confirm your identity.
e. Payment Information
- •All payments for Money Team Club membership are processed through our website, not the App.
- •Card payments are securely processed by Shift4. We do not store your full card details.
- •A subscription management portal will be available for members to manage their accounts and saved payment methods.
- •No in-app purchases are available. All billing is handled externally via the website.
f. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
On our website, we use cookies and tracking technologies to analyze user behavior, improve site performance, and support marketing features. The mobile App may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings and opt out of analytics through your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- •Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- •Verify your membership status and grant access to App features
- •Provide and deliver educational content, courses, and community features
- •Display your name and profile in the community forum
- •Track your course progress and personalize your experience

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

- •Firebase (Google) - Authentication, database hosting, and analytics.
- •ActiveCampaign - CRM and email/SMS marketing platform for membership verification.
- •Cloudflare R2 - Media storage for course videos, images, and content files.
- •Shift4 - Payment processing for card transactions conducted through our website.
- •Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, when required by law.
All third parties must adhere to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
4. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you have certain rights:
For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA):

- •Right to Opt Out of the sale/sharing of personal data (Note: We do not sell data)

You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis for processing.
5. Account Deletion & Data Management
- •Account Deletion: You may delete your account directly within the App through your profile settings, or by contacting us at team@parlayp.com.
- •Data Export: You may request a copy of your personal data by emailing team@parlayp.com with "Data Export Request" in the subject line.
- •Data Modification: You can update your display name and profile photo directly in the App. For other data corrections, contact us at team@parlayp.com.
- •Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards:
- •HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- •Secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform)
- •Firebase Security Rules to control database access
- •Data access controls and role-based permissions
- •No sensitive payment data is stored on our servers
No system is 100% secure. You use our Services at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for delivering services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Upon account deletion, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
User-generated content (forum posts and comments) may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion to preserve community discussions.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at team@parlayp.com.
9. International Data Transfers
Our services are operated in the United States. If you are accessing from outside the U.S., you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.
10. Push Notifications
The App may send push notifications for announcements, new content, and community activity. You can manage your notification preferences within the App settings or through your device's notification settings at any time.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and post the changes here and within the App. Major updates will be communicated via email, push notification, or notice on our homepage.
14. App Store Compliance
This Privacy Policy is accessible from within the Money Team Club App and from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store listings. In accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, users may delete their account and associated data directly within the App.
