Agreement between User and Money Team Club

Welcome to Money Team Club™. The Money Team Club mobile application (the “App”), the website at moneyteamclub.com (the “Site”), and all related services are operated by Parlay P Sports Newsletter (“PP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Money Team Club is a private, paid membership community offering educational content on wealth-building, including sports betting strategy, affiliate marketing, partnerships, negotiation, lead generation, and asset building. The App provides access to video courses, lessons, a community forum, announcements, and member profiles.

Nature of Our Product

Our services and products are designed for information and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, investment, tax, or medical advice. Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided. Past results discussed in our content do not guarantee future outcomes.

Money Team Club is a membership service, not a product. Your membership grants you access to educational content, community features, and events as described on the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the App and Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection practices, including what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Electronic Communications

By using the App or Site, or by contacting us via email, SMS, or in-app messaging, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. This includes push notifications, SMS messages, emails, and in-app announcements. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. You may manage your notification preferences within the App settings or your device settings.

Your Account

• •You may create only one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• •Your account is authenticated via your phone number using Firebase Phone Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •Your membership is verified by matching your phone number against our authorized member list. If your phone number is not in our system, you will see a "membership pending" screen until your membership is confirmed.
• •You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. PP is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
• •PP reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Age Requirement

Money Team Club is exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a user is under 13, their account will be terminated and their data deleted.

Membership & Payments

• •Money Team Club is a paid membership service. All payments are processed through our website at moneyteamclub.com, not within the App.
• •There are no in-app purchases. The App is used to access content and community features included with your membership.
• •Members manually renew their membership through the website. Memberships are not automatically recurring.
• •Founding Members who complete their 12-month commitment receive lifetime access, subject to a $50/year administrative fee.
• •Card payments are securely processed through Shift4. We do not store your full card details. All sensitive payment data is handled by Shift4 in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.
• •A subscription management portal will be made available for members to manage their accounts and saved payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

Refund Policy:

• •Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds may also be issued for technical issues preventing access to purchased content or accidental duplicate purchases.
• •Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team via chat or email at team@parlayp.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• •Chargebacks: If a user initiates a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund, a service fee of $25 will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs. We encourage users to reach out to our support team for assistance before initiating a chargeback.

User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

The App includes a community forum where members can post and comment. By using the forum, you agree to the following:

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• •Contains hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind
• •Harasses, bullies, stalks, threatens, or intimidates other members
• •Is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false
• •Contains spam, self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising
• •Shares illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• •Contains threats of violence or encourages harm to others
• •Doxxes or shares another person's private information without consent
• •Contains sexually explicit or adult content
• •Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• •Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity
• •Contains viruses, malware, or harmful software

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content in the community forum, you grant PP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Money Team Club. No compensation will be paid for the use of your content.

Content Moderation

PP reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content at its sole discretion without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will take action when violations are reported or discovered.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

Members can report inappropriate content using the report feature within the App, or by contacting us at team@parlayp.com.

Intellectual Property

• •All courses, lessons, video content, training materials, templates, scripts, and other educational content available through the App are the exclusive property of PP and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• •You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, share, resell, or reproduce any content from the App without express written permission from PP.
• •Screen recording, screen capturing, or otherwise reproducing course content is strictly prohibited.
• •You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a paid member.
• •Your membership does not transfer ownership rights in any content.

Account Termination & Deletion

• •PP may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to posting prohibited content, sharing account access, or redistributing course materials.
• •You may delete your account at any time through the App's profile settings or by contacting us at team@parlayp.com.
• •Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• •Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Links to Third-Party Sites & Services

The App and Site may contain links to other websites or services (“Linked Sites”). PP is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any Linked Site. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement by PP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) related to your use of the App or Site, any content posted by you, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator's award is final, and judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The prevailing party in arbitration is entitled to recover costs and attorney's fees.

Class Action Waiver

Arbitration under these Terms will be on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative action.

Liability Disclaimer

The information, software, products, and services available through the App and Site may include errors. Changes are periodically made to the information. PP and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics. All such content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. PP and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PP and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose. By using our services, you acknowledge that they are for informational and entertainment purposes only and agree to use them at your own discretion.

Money Team Club content is educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, or returns from applying the strategies discussed in our courses, training, or community.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

International Users

The Services are controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

App Store Terms

• •These Terms are between you and PP, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. PP, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• •Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• •In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any).
• •Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
• •Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to Terms

PP reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. Continued use of the App or Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
